Provided is a method for obtaining a biological sample introduced into a specific microwell more easily and reliably using a microwell array chip while avoiding contamination of the biological sample introduced into another microwell. . (1) A sample to be obtained is fixed to a microwell using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer, an unfixed sample is removed from the microwell, and the fixed sample is taken out from the microwell. (2) The sample in the microwell adjacent to the microwell containing the sample to be acquired is fixed to the microwell using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer, and the sample to be acquired that is not fixed is removed from the microwell. (3) The sample in the microwell is fixed to the microwell using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer, and the fixed sample to be obtained is removed from the microwell. [Selection] Figure 2 |
