abstract | Provided is a method for manufacturing an image display panel having a high filling speed and a uniform filling amount of particle groups and the like, and as a result, no image display unevenness. Two or more substrates each having at least one transparent substrate on which a partition for awakening a display cell is formed are overlapped, and a particle group or a powder is interposed therebetween. In the manufacturing method of an image display panel having a structure for sealing a fluid, when the particle group or powder fluid is dispersed in the display cell, the absolute value of the charge amount of the particle group or powder fluid is 5 (μC / g) or more. In this way, the particle group or powder fluid is dispersed in the display cell, so that the required amount of particle group or powder fluid is filled in the display cell on the second substrate.
