PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor technology capable of measuring a substance-related interaction with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A surface for detecting an interaction between substances, on the surface, another single-stranded DNA 22 complementary to a single-stranded DNA 21 having a terminal site immobilized on the surface. Detection in which a double-stranded DNA 2 formed by complementary binding is provided, and the double-stranded DNA 2 is prepared to dissociate into single-stranded DNAs 21 and 22 in response to the occurrence of the interaction A sensor chip and sensor device using the surface 1 and the detection surface configuration, and a method for detecting an interaction between substances are provided.
