titleOfInvention Rubber composition for belt layer steel cord and steel cord coated thereby
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a rubber composition in which the rate of decrease in rupture properties after aging is small, the adhesion to a metal material is improved, and the separation of the rubber composition and the steel cord during running of the tire is suppressed, and the cost is further reduced. I will provide a. (A) 2.5-7 parts by weight of sulfur, (B) 0.5-5 parts by weight of cresol resin, and (C) part of hexamethylol melamine pentamethyl ether with respect to 100 parts by weight of a rubber component A rubber composition for coating a belt layer steel cord containing 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a condensate and (D) an organic acid cobalt salt containing boron, wherein the organic acid cobalt salt (D) contains boron The rubber composition for coating a belt layer steel cord, wherein the content of cobalt in is 0.05 to 0.1 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component.
