abstract |
A (meth) acrylic acid ester having a high-quality cyclic skeleton with a small impurity content is produced industrially advantageously in high yield. A step of reacting an alcohol having a cyclic skeleton having 4 or more carbon atoms with (meth) acrylic acid or a reactive derivative thereof, and a step of washing a reaction product obtained in the step with a washing solution containing amines.
