【Task】 Introduce a transcription factor binding region into the flanking region of a eukaryotic or viral promoter to enhance transcription ability. [Solution] Provided is an expression vector comprising a modified promoter to which one or several transcription factor binding regions have been added, and a desired gene operably linked to the promoter. Furthermore, by introducing a nucleic acid sequence encoding a transcription factor that binds to the transcription factor-binding region, a transcription amount can be amplified by forming a positive transcription control feedback loop.
