PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having simple characteristics and high productivity, and having good characteristics as a capacitor, and a method for manufacturing the same. A solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention includes a metal body 11 made of a valve metal, a dielectric oxide film 12 formed on the surface of the metal body 11, and a solid electrolyte layer 13 adjacent to the dielectric oxide film 12. The solid electrolyte layer 13 includes a first conductive polymer layer 13a formed on the surface of the dielectric oxide film 12 by electrolytic polymerization or chemical oxidation polymerization of a precursor monomer of a conductive polymer. And a second conductive polymer layer 13b formed by applying a conductive polymer-containing paint on the first conductive polymer layer 13a. [Selection] Figure 2 |
