abstract | Provided is an image display panel that can hide a conductor portion even in segment display and can freely change the color of a background portion. SOLUTION: At least one of transparent substrates 1 and 2 is a first substrate having electrode portions 5 and 6 formed on the surface, and a partition wall 4 forming electrode portions on the surface and defining a display cell. And a second substrate on which the electrode portions are stacked so that the electrode portions face each other, and the particle group or the powder fluid 3 is sealed therebetween, and at least one of the electrode portions is arranged in a segment shape.
