titleOfInvention | Pretreatment method for electroless metal plating |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform metal coating with high reproducibility by electroless electrolysis for a linear structure such as a sharpened fiber or three-dimensional fine processing. SOLUTION: In the first step, platinum, iridium, osmium, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, or an alloy thereof is applied as a catalytic metal to the surface of the object to be plated by sputtering, and is applied to the surface of the object to be plated in the first step. A surface treatment for controlling the catalytic ability of the catalytic metal is performed in the second step. |
