titleOfInvention | Gas hydrate production system |
abstract | The present invention provides a relatively inexpensive gas hydrate manufacturing system in which a necessary refrigeration load and a power generation facility are substantially matched and a basic unit of power is relatively low. A gas hydrate production facility includes a first generator 1 that generates a gas hydrate c by reacting a raw material gas a and water b, a dehydrator 2 that removes unreacted water, and a gas after dehydration. The second generator 3 hydrates and dehydrates by reacting water adhering to the hydrate and the raw material gas, and the supercooler 4 that supercools the dehydrated gas hydrate. Then, the reaction heat generated in the first and second generators is removed by the gas-fired and waste heat recovery type NH 3 absorption refrigerator 15, and the supercooler 4 is removed by the gas-fired NH 3 absorption refrigerator 15.
