[PROBLEMS] To prevent delay of healing of a diseased part due to the transmission of ultraviolet rays, skin pigmentation, etc. in an emergency bandage which is attached to the skin surface of an affected part such as a wound or an insect bite to treat or disinfect the affected part. In an adhesive bandage for emergency use, a pad member 3 is stuck on a central portion of an adhesive sheet 1 and the pad member 3 is covered with a release paper 4 and 5 which is detachably attached to the adhesive sheet 1.
