abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed and stable communication. Multi Flow RTP 83 divides the data of one RTP session to be transmitted so that it can be transmitted by each of UDP ports 87 to 89, and supplies the divided data to UDP ports 87 to 89. The RTCP 83 controls and transmits the UDP ports 87 to 89 and also controls the TCP port 86 to transmit control information for reconstructing the divided data. The UDP ports 67 to 69 receive the divided data and supply it to the Multi Flow RTP 63. The RTCP 64 acquires control information from the TCP port 66 and supplies the control information to the Multi Flow RTP 63. The Multi Flow RTP 63 reconstructs the divided data based on the control information, and supplies the reconstructed data to the player 61. The player 61 reproduces the reconstructed data.
