abstract |
The present invention provides a means for simultaneously obtaining a large number of capacitors having a narrow appearance capacity distribution with a capacitor having a semiconductor layer as one electrode. In a method for manufacturing a capacitor in which a conductor having a dielectric layer formed on a surface is used as one electrode and the other electrode is formed by forming a semiconductor layer by a current application method, current is supplied through a constant current diode.
