An electrospray ionization ion source and an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization ion source including a probe 1 including three coaxial capillary tubes 2, 3, 3 ′ are disclosed. A blue flame gas ignition rod 6 is provided downstream of a probe 1 as a combustion source. The analyte solution is sprayed from the capillary tube 2 inside the probe 1, the combustible gas is supplied to the capillary tube 3 in the middle of the probe 1, and oxygen or air is supplied from the capillary tube 3 outside the probe 1. Supplied to '. The combustible gas supplies heat through combustion of the surrounding oxygen-containing atmosphere when burned by the blue flame ignition rod 6 in order to assist desolvation of the droplets coming out of the probe 1 .
