titleOfInvention | Water-soluble curing agent |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a water-soluble curing agent for mainly modifying inorganic surfaces such as concrete surfaces and ground surfaces. A vinyl polymer containing 50% by mass or more of an α, β-unsaturated fatty acid as the water-soluble curing agent, wherein 0.5% to 99.99% of carboxyl groups in the polymer. Is used as a magnesium salt. The vinyl polymer in the surface coating agent preferably has a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000. |
