titleOfInvention | Method for producing aluminum support for lithographic printing plate |
abstract | Provided is a method for producing an aluminum support for a lithographic printing plate that exhibits good electrolysis in specific surface roughening including nitric acid electrolysis and hydrochloric acid electrolysis, and has uniform and deep pits obtained by the surface roughening. A lithographic printing plate precursor excellent in printing durability and stain resistance is provided using the obtained support. An aluminum plate containing 0.01 to 0.25% by mass of Cu, 0.01 to 2.00% by mass of Mn, less than 0.1% by mass of Zn, and having a purity of 96% by mass or more. At least 1) The surface is mechanically roughened using a brush and an abrasive, 2) In an aqueous nitric acid solution, the surface is electrochemically roughened using an AC power source, 3) In an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, the surface is electrochemically roughened using an AC power source, 4) Anodizing A method for producing an aluminum support for a lithographic printing plate.
