Detection method of dioxins |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxin detection method which is inexpensive, simpler and more sensitive. At least one dioxin response element represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; A bioassay system using a reporter construct comprising a gene encoding alkaline phosphatase operably linked to the response element, particularly a gene encoding secretory alkaline phosphatase, was established to solve the above problems. In this assay system, since it is not necessary to destroy cells, a simple and sensitive method for detecting dioxins can be provided. [Selection] Figure 8 |
