In a non-contact IC card in which an antenna module 4 including an antenna coil and an IC chip 1 electrically connected to the antenna coil is sandwiched between a plurality of sheet materials including a pair of exterior sheets 5, The printed layer 8 formed on the surface is formed using a paint containing a metallic powder in which at least a part of the surface of the metallic powder is coated with a resin.
