titleOfInvention Toner production method
abstract Provided is a method for easily producing a toner having an excellent charge control agent dispersibility and a stable charge amount even when a charge control agent that is difficult to disperse is used, and a binder resin and a charge control agent. And a method for producing a toner, in which a charge control agent aggregate is efficiently pulverized and mixed while suppressing heat generation during mixing. A step (A) of mixing a raw material containing a binder resin and a charge control agent having an average particle size of 5 to 100 μm, and a step (B) of melt-kneading the mixture obtained in the step (A). A process for producing a toner comprising the step (A) comprising a single or a plurality of mixing steps, wherein the charge control agent is mixed at a ratio of 2 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. A toner production method comprising at least [Selection figure] None
