titleOfInvention Probe pin material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having sufficient hardness required for a probe pin as a substitute material for a conventional probe pin, and having conductivity, high spring property, oxidation resistance, and good workability. To do. The probe pin according to the present invention is made of a material comprising one or more elements selected from the group consisting of platinum, iridium, ruthenium, osmium, palladium, and rhodium. Alternatively, a material obtained by adding one or more elements selected from the group consisting of tungsten, nickel, and cobalt to the above metal may be used.
