PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method for a nuclear receptor degradation inhibitor or a nuclear receptor degradation promoter. SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not a test substance can inhibit or promote the binding between CHIP and a nuclear receptor via a chaperone protein, and the test substance capable of inhibiting the binding is screened as a nuclear receptor degradation inhibitor.
