The present invention provides a modified conjugated diene polymer having a high effect of improving the dispersibility of a filler in any of a blend using silica as a filler and a blend using carbon black as a filler. The terminal of a conjugated diene polymer is represented by the following formula (I): [Chemical 1] Wherein R 1 is a single bond or a divalent inert hydrocarbon group; R 2 and R 3 are each independently a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or 6 carbon atoms. -18 monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon groups; each A 1 is independently a nitrogen atom or a carbon atom, at least one of A 1 is a nitrogen atom; n is an integer of 0-2; When there are a plurality of OR 3 s , each OR 3 may be the same or different from each other (provided that the molecule does not contain active protons and onium salts).
