abstract An inorganic particle-containing resin composition capable of forming a dielectric layer having excellent surface smoothness even at a low temperature for a short time, a transfer film having a layer comprising the resin composition, and a plasma display using the transfer film A method for manufacturing a dielectric layer for a panel is provided. An inorganic particle-containing resin composition according to the present invention contains a binder resin containing (A) inorganic particles and (B) a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following general formula (I). It is characterized by that. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R represents a monovalent organic group.) The method for producing a dielectric layer for a plasma display panel according to the present invention includes a step of transferring the inorganic particle-containing resin layer onto a substrate using a transfer film having an inorganic particle-containing resin layer made of the inorganic particle-containing resin composition.
