titleOfInvention | Ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition for calendar molding |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer resin for forming a film or sheet with flexibility, heat shrink resistance, good surface gloss and no pattern irregularity on a surface by a calendar. It is to provide a composition. SOLUTION: The ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition of the present invention that achieves such an object has a value (Mw / Mn) obtained by dividing a weight average molecular weight (Mw) by a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 2.0. One or more polyolefins having a melting point of 100 ° C. or higher, and an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer of 50 to 95% by weight in a range of ˜4.0 and a vinyl acetate content in the range of 10 to 35% by weight. It is a composition in which 0.3 to 3.0 parts by weight of a lubricant and 0.05 to 2.0 parts by weight of an antioxidant are blended with 100 parts by weight of a resin component composed of 5 to 50% resin. |
