titleOfInvention | Method for producing hydrophobic resin composition and resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a resin composition excellent in strength, water resistance and gas barrier property by dispersing an inorganic layered compound in a nanometer order in a hydrophobic resin. SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion in which a water-swellable inorganic layered silicate and a hydrophobic resin are dispersed in an aqueous solvent and an organic onium salt are mixed, and a hydrophobic resin in which the water-swellable inorganic layered silicate is dispersed is obtained. The manufacturing method of the hydrophobic resin composition characterized by including the process made to aggregate. The obtained hydrophobic resin composition may be further mixed with a thermoplastic resin. [Selection figure] None |
