abstract |
The present invention provides a method for removing excess high molecular weight proteins that interfere with detection of trace components during clinical proteome analysis. [Solution] A biological component purification solution separation method and separation apparatus, wherein a protein having a molecular weight higher than albumin is removed by a combination of membrane separation and an antibody using blood as a stock solution. The solution obtained by this separation method and apparatus is used for protein analysis such as mass spectrometry, electrophoresis, liquid chromatography and the like, and enables highly sensitive analysis. |
