titleOfInvention | Process for producing aromatic acetylenes |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aromatic acetylene with a small catalyst amount and a high yield in a coupling reaction of an aromatic halide and an acetylene compound using a palladium catalyst, which can use an inexpensive and easily available raw material. Provide a method. SOLUTION: Aromatic halides such as bromothiophene and bromoaniline in the presence of a palladium-phosphine-based ligand catalyst, a copper salt and a base, using a water-miscible organic solvent and a mixed solvent of water. A method for producing aromatic acetylenes in which an acetylene compound is reacted. [Selection figure] None |
