titleOfInvention Nonvolatile semiconductor memory device
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device capable of accurately determining data while suppressing an increase in circuit area. A plurality of memory cells MC are connected between two sub-bit lines DBL that are adjacent to each other, and a row selection circuit 3 includes a word line WL connected to a memory cell MC to be read. The column selection circuits 2 and 5 select the first main bit line MBL pair and the selection line SEL in order to select the memory cell MC to be read; In order to obtain the wiring used for reading the reference voltage, the second main bit line MBL pair different from the first main bit line MBL pair and a sector different from the sector to which the memory cell MC to be read belongs are passed. Second selection means for selecting the selection line SEL, and the first and second selection means execute the selection operation simultaneously and independently. [Selection] Figure 1
