Metal oxide dispersion |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide dispersion capable of forming a metal thin film having a low volume resistance value on a substrate by heat treatment at a low temperature, and a production method. A metal oxide having a primary particle size of 100 nm or less in a mixture comprising a polyhydric alcohol and a linear aliphatic polyether compound having an average molecular weight of 150 to 600 and having at least one terminal nonpolar group. A metal oxide dispersion in which fine particles are dispersed is applied onto a substrate and heat-treated. [Selection figure] No selection figure. |
