titleOfInvention | Ink jet recording ink and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for ink jet recording excellent in weather resistance, image fastness, dispersion stability and clogging resistance and a method for producing the same. An ink for ink-jet recording comprising a pigment surface-coated with an ultraviolet curable resin and water. Such an ink includes a step of preparing a liquid composition containing water, a pigment, a photopolymerization initiator, and an ultraviolet curable polymerizable compound, and supplying the liquid composition to a reaction vessel to react. A step of forming an ultraviolet curable resin coating layer on the surface of the pigment by irradiating ultraviolet rays while maintaining the thickness of the liquid composition in the container at 50 μm to 5 mm to cause a polymerization reaction of the polymerizable compound. It can manufacture using the pigment dispersion liquid obtained by passing through. [Selection figure] None |
