titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of foam rubber roller |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed rubber roller in which generation of ammonia causing an image defect when used for a member of an electrophotographic apparatus or an electrostatic recording apparatus is suppressed. A rubber composition formed on the outer periphery of a metal core in the production of a foamed rubber roller using a foaming agent as a raw rubber composition and a carbonamide foaming agent containing urea as a foaming aid. The foam rubber roller obtained after foam vulcanization is exposed to water and dried by heating. [Selection] Figure 1 |
