titleOfInvention Reinforced panel molding method, foam core molding method, and panel structure
abstract When molding a reinforced panel in which a fiber reinforced plastic layer is formed on a foam core as a core material, the RTM method takes time for resin diffusion and impregnation performed under a low vacuum pressure. Cannot be cycled. SOLUTION: A sheet-like reinforcing fiber material 6 impregnated with a thermosetting resin is disposed to face a foam core C serving as a core material, and the reinforcing fiber material 6 and the foam core C are connected to an upper die 9 and a lower die. A preform process in which the reinforcing fiber material 6 and the foamed core C are made to conform to the shape of the mold 8 by pressurizing with a low press pressure by the mold 10 and the curing reaction of the thermosetting resin impregnated in the reinforcing fiber material 6 can proceed. The reinforcing fiber material 6 and the foamed core C are pressurized with the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 13 set at the temperature, and the thermosetting resin impregnated in the reinforcing fiber material 6 is cured or solidified to reinforce the reinforcing fiber material 6. A reinforced panel is formed by a pressing process in which the material is pressed onto the foam core C. [Selection] Figure 2
