titleOfInvention Electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor in which impedance is further reduced. In an electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention, currents in opposite directions flow through an anode via and a cathode via extending in the thickness direction of a substrate. Since the anode via 44 is unevenly distributed in the edge region 42A of the anode electrode pattern 38A, the anode via 44 is significantly close to the cathode via 48 formed in the cathode electrode pattern 38B adjacent to the anode electrode pattern 38A. On the other hand, since the cathode via 48 is also unevenly distributed in the edge region 42B of the cathode electrode pattern 38B, it is significantly close to the anode via 44. Since the anode via 44 and the cathode via 48 are formed close to each other as described above, the electrolytic capacitor 10 achieves low ESL, thereby reducing the impedance compared to the conventional electrolytic capacitor.
