titleOfInvention | Sealing exhaust apparatus for plasma display panel, method for manufacturing plasma display panel, and method for manufacturing plasma display apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing exhaust apparatus for a plasma display panel capable of continuously and efficiently performing a degassing process, a sealing process and an exhaust process for a panel structure of a PDP, and having a low equipment cost. A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing a plasma display device are provided. An exhaust cart 31 is provided which is mounted with a panel structure 5 in which a front substrate and a rear substrate of a PDP are superimposed and moves in a continuous furnace. The internal vacuum pump 10 is provided below the mounting plate 33 in the exhaust cart 31, and the panel structure 5 is held above the mounting plate 33. Then, when the elevating vacuum chamber 1 provided in the furnace is lowered, an airtight space is formed with the mounting plate 33, and the inside of the airtight space is evacuated by the external vacuum pump 13 to obtain a panel structure. 5 is degassed.
