abstract A highly branched glucose polymer that provides high storage stability and controlled digestibility. A reducing sugar content is less than 1%, an α-1,6 glucoside bond content is 13 to 17%, and an Mw is 0.9 × 10 5 daltons to 1.5 × 10 5. A value between daltons, and the chain length distribution of the branched chain is 70 to 85% when the DP is less than 15, 10 to 16% when the DP is 15 to 25, and more than 25 when the DP is greater than 25. It relates to a soluble highly branched glucose polymer consisting of 8-13%. [Selection figure] None
