And a particle surface layer part, where n S is the surface refractive index and n C is the central refractive index, and n C > n S , and the refractive index is continuous from the surface toward the central part. A high-refractive-index resin composition that is a transparent fine particle that is gradually or gradually increased, and an optical component formed by molding these resin compositions.
