To provide a polyisocyanate composition capable of producing a rigid polyurethane foam having good adhesion to various adherends and having a low shrinkage ratio and excellent shape stability. A polyisocyanate composition used for producing a rigid polyurethane foam comprising: (A0) polymeric MDI; (A1) a polyester polyol having a sulfo group or a sulfonate group in the molecular structure thereof; a first isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a1); (A2) a second isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a polymeric monol (a2) with polymeric MDI; A3) Contains a silicone foam stabilizer.
