abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and inducible nitric oxide synthase with little toxicity and side effects, and a food and drink for inhibiting cyclooxygenase and inducible nitric oxide synthase. An inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and inducible nitric oxide synthase containing aronia extract as an active ingredient, and a food or drink for inhibiting cyclooxygenase and inducible nitric oxide synthase to which aronia extract is added. [Effect] It has little toxicity and side effects and is useful for prevention, treatment and alleviation of inflammatory diseases and immune diseases. [Selection] Figure 1
