titleOfInvention Conductive paste and ceramic electronic component manufacturing method
abstract An object is to provide a conductive paste capable of further thinning an electrode film and a method for manufacturing a ceramic electronic component using the same. [Constitution] The conductive paste 1 according to the present invention uses scale-like metal powder as a metal component. With a conductive paste containing conventional spherical metal powder (for example, nickel Ni metal particles having an average particle diameter of 0.4 to 0.5 μm), the film thickness of an electrode film of 1 μm or less could not be obtained by a film forming method such as screen printing. However, by using the scaly metal fine particles 2, a thin film having a thickness of 0.3 μm or less can be realized, which can contribute to the manufacture of the super multilayer ceramic electronic component.
