titleOfInvention Field emission electron source
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission electron source capable of stably emitting electrons with high efficiency and capable of obtaining a large area at a low cost. A lower electrode, a multiple tunnel conductive layer formed on the lower electrode and including conductive fine particles and an interparticle insulator interposed between the conductive fine particles, and formed on the multiple tunnel conductive layer A field emission electron source which includes a surface electrode and emits electrons from the surface electrode by applying a voltage between the surface electrode and the lower electrode using the surface electrode as a positive electrode. The interparticle insulator includes a cross-linked polymer having a borazine skeleton structure bonded to the conductive fine particles. [Selection] Figure 2
