PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low fixing temperature by replacing a release agent with a crystalline polymer material having a low melting point, and copolymerizing a crystalline polymer in a single process without requiring a separate aggregation process. Provided is a method for producing a pigment-containing latex capable of producing a pigment-containing latex. The process for producing a pigment-containing latex according to the present invention comprises (a) a step of producing a pigment dispersion by dispersing a pigment and a dispersant in ultra-high purity water; and (b) forming a basic monomer mixture. A step of producing an organic phase by dissolving a crystalline monomer; and (c) a step of heating and dissolving a dispersant in ultrapure water and then mixing with a pigment dispersion to produce an aqueous phase; (D) producing a homogenized solution by mixing and stirring the organic and aqueous phases; (e) stirring and heating the homogenized solution; (f) homogenized. Adding a polymerization initiator to the solution for reaction; and (g) allowing the reaction solution to cool at room temperature. [Selection] Figure 3 |
