titleOfInvention | Curable polyester having an oxetanyl group at the terminal, a method for producing the same, a resist composition, an inkjet ink composition, a method for curing the same, and use thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel curable polyester, a cured product thereof, a method for producing the same, a resist composition and an ink-jet ink composition containing the curable polyester, a method for curing the same, and a use thereof. SOLUTION: The curable polyester of the present invention has a polyester skeleton as a main chain, and further has an oxetanyl group at the molecular end. The curable polyester of the present invention is excellent in curability, has flexibility, adhesiveness and mechanical strength, and has high safety to the human body. By using the curable polyester, it is possible to provide a thermosetting resist composition suitable for a solder resist or an interlayer insulating film capable of forming a high-definition pattern by suppressing bleeding generated after screen printing and sagging generated during heating. In addition, it is possible to provide an ink-jet ink composition suitable for a solder resist or an interlayer insulating film capable of forming a high-definition pattern without any change in line width due to bleeding or sagging that occurs during heating.
