PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained-release fine particle-containing composition, an intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablet to which the composition is applied, and a method for producing the same. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] It comprises one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of sustained-release fine particles, sugars or sugar alcohols that can be applied to intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablets, and highly moldable sugars or water-soluble polymer substances. It comprises one or more intraoral rapidly disintegrating tablet binders selected from the group, and the sustained-release fine particles are granulated with an excipient and an intraoral rapidly disintegrating tablet binder.
