abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulus-responsive polymer having excellent solvent resistance and the like, and capable of maintaining the stimulus responsiveness for a long time without impairing the stimulus responsiveness (volume change property) of the stimulus-responsive polymer gel itself. A gel-containing microcapsule and a method for producing the same are provided. A stimulus-responsive polymer gel-containing microcapsule obtained by encapsulating a mixture of a stimulus-responsive polymer gel and an aqueous liquid with a two-layer capsule membrane, wherein the two-layer capsule membrane has a stimulus response. A hydrophilic polymer film (first capsule film) formed by coating a mixture of a conductive polymer gel and an aqueous liquid and an inorganic coating film (second capsule film) formed on the surface of the first capsule film.
