titleOfInvention | Guide wire |
abstract | To provide a guide wire that is excellent in flexibility and operability and has high bonding strength between a first wire and a second wire. A guide wire 1 includes a linear first wire 2 disposed on a distal end side, and a linear second wire 3 joined to a proximal end side thereof and made of a material different from that of the first wire 2. The wire main body 10 comprised by these is provided. A coil 4 having X-ray contrast properties is provided on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the first wire 2. The 1st wire 2 and the 2nd wire 3 are joined by welding etc., and form layered joined part 14. In the joint portion 14, the first component (for example, Ti) in the constituent material of the first wire 2 decreases in the proximal direction, and the second component (for example, Fe) in the constituent material of the second wire 3 is at the tip. It is decreasing in the direction. The joint portion 14 has a curved convex shape that is convex toward the proximal direction, and is symmetrical with respect to the central axis of the wire body 10. The outer periphery of the wire body 10 is covered with a coating layer 5. [Selection] Figure 1 |
