abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for masking puffing in an oral administration preparation of calcium hydroxycarboxylate such as calcium L-threonate. A food composition comprising 1) a sucrose fatty acid ester and 2) calcium hydroxycarboxylate is provided. The calcium hydroxycarboxylate is preferably calcium L-threonate.
