abstract 【Task】 The present invention is intended to provide a method for producing an FRP molded body having a high design property capable of molding an FRP outer plate member without surface pits. [Solution] The present invention employs the following means in order to solve such problems. That is, in the manufacturing method of the FRP outer plate member of the present invention, the outer plate member made of fiber reinforced resin composed of reinforcing fibers and resin is molded by the following procedures (1) to (3). The hollow ratio indicated by the ratio of the volume of the hollow portion of the string-like body to the apparent volume including the hollow portion is formed by forming the seal portion between the molding dies with a hollow string-like body made of an elastic material. However, at least a part of the string-like body in the longitudinal direction is 0% before mold clamping, and the method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin outer plate member is characterized in that: (1) A cavity having the shape of the outer plate member is provided inside the plurality of molding dies, and a reinforcing fiber base material is set inside the cavity and clamped. (2) The inside of the cavity is decompressed, and then the resin is injected under pressure to be cured. (3) Open the molding die and take out the hardened FRP outer plate member.
