titleOfInvention Mold for forming elastic roller and method for forming elastic roller
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die for an elastic roller which is easy to design, implement and assemble a die, can be easily molded and has a small burden on polishing. Also provided is a method of forming an elastic roller using the mold. A cylindrical mold 1 is provided by being molded in a hollow shape. At both ends 2 and 3 of the cylindrical mold 1, detachable piece molds 4 and 5 are provided. The small-diameter disc body portion 6 forms an insertion portion, and a concave portion 8 is formed at the center of the disc. The cylindrical mold 1 is made of, for example, an iron alloy. The pieces 4 and 5 are made of a metal having a linear expansion coefficient 1.5 times, preferably more than 2 times that of the iron alloy. Specifically, for example, it is often selected from a single metal or an alloy containing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, and tin.
