abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle production apparatus capable of producing nano-sized fine particles having a very sharp particle size distribution and not agglomerated with high efficiency and at low cost. The apparatus for producing fine particles of the present invention comprises at least two raw material supply sections each containing a raw material liquid; and at least two flow paths extending from the at least two raw material supply sections and through which the respective raw material liquids pass. A fine particle generation unit formed by bringing these at least two flow paths into contact with each other and bringing the raw material liquids into contact with each other; and generating a pulsed pressure in at least one of the at least two flow paths A pressure generating mechanism.
