abstract |
The present invention provides a yeast transformation method that does not require adjustment of competent cells and can easily and easily treat a large number of strains. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] More than 1 × 10 7 yeast cells cultured on a solid medium are added to a treatment solution comprising a transformation DNA, carrier DNA, polyethylene glycol and a lithium salt-containing buffer per μg of transformation DNA. Incubating for 30 minutes or more, and the treatment solution contains 0.5 to 10 μg of DNA for transformation per 100 μl thereof, and carrier DNA contains 20 times or more mass of the DNA for transformation.
